Ok, I've managed to get it done. Bye!!!! Oh no, I'm not gonna do like some folks do when they find the solution to something they've been dying for and then they're like (FOUND IT, THANKS...!!!)
ERRRR!!! ridiculous, right? Anyways, it's actually simple. All I needed to do was to go under Preferences>>Zenusers >>add users and groups in this page, and of course put some users inside the >>groups you want them assigned to >> then when done with the groups, click on >>any group and go to Alerting rules. Set up your alerting rule, and that will >>apply the rule to all the users inside this particular group.
