Hi, I recently got Zenoss up and running, and have begun setting up alerting rules. I have a server (Windows 2003) that I would like to monitor, and be alerted if the MS SQL Server or SQL Agent services fail.
However, I do not see any method to create an alerting rule which will watch for failures of a Service Class. Zenoss is monitoring these services, and reporting their status. Any thoughts on how to add this to an alerting rule? I would think, this would be the same for *any* WinService as well.
