I think you probably need to to take some time, download the zenoss
manual, and make sure that your environment is set up properly.  The
manual is very informative.  It can be your friend.

Then, spend some time and use the search function on the forum.  Most
of the questions you have asked have been beaten to death in some post
or other.

I'm not trying to be rude at all, I'm just saying...a little research
goes a long way.
