If you don't have add $ZENHOME/bin path to your zenoss user's $PATH
environment variable, you don't get access to zen command directly which are
available on $ZENHOME/bin directory.
Check you zenoos users *.*bashrc file which is located in zenoss user's home
for floowing lines. If there is no such entires add follwin lines to the end
of *.bashrc *file and logout and login again.
If you have installed Zenoss in other location than default
/usr/local/zenoss location replace /usr/local/zenoss with your path.
export ZENHOME=/usr/local/zenoss
export PYTHONPATH=$ZENHOME/lib/python
export PATH=$ZENHOME/bin:$PATH
