At the moment you can easily get the availability from the reports that come with zenoss. However, I would like to see a timeline or at least have entries that state from when till when a customer had an outage.
So in the end it will give me 2 things: * the percentage uptime * the actual date/time of outages that have occured To make thinks more difficult I would also like to have some redundacy built in. So we have two probes pinging all the customers and do an Or operation in it. if A | B customer is available else customer is down A and B are true when a ping is succesful. Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this?
