Hi, I had been facing some problem here. It might be very basic, but I encountered difficulties when I was remotely monitoring my Zenoss machine at the office from home after I set the portforwarding in the router in my office. I was unable to add my devices at home which is the router and the remote PC into the device list in Zenoss. I already enabled SNMP services in both devices but I was confused which IP I should use when adding devices. Are there any steps that I must follow before adding both devices?
