Hi, I'm in process of setting up Zenoss as the main monitoring system for the company and I noticed the strange behavior of the event processing. For example if Zenoss gets the trap linkDown from cisco switch then it puts it in the Events tab, sends an email, so everythin is perfect. However as soon as the linkUp event comes the alarm doesn't go to History but jst disappears and in history I can see only linkUp event.
Can someone point me how can I configure Zenoss to keep in history all the events, even the cleared ones?
