Hello, I'm fairly new to this. I am using an environmental monitor, and I've mapped some events to correct classes, and set the proper severity levels. Now, the trap is this: iemHighTempThresholdViolation
When i change the tresholds, this trap is sent: iemHighTempThresholdViolationCleared Naturally, zenoss don't see the connection between them. Can anyone help me setting them up against each other? (or point me to a place where a similar problem is solved.) I just don't understand what to to do. I feel a bit stupid, since this is essentially some of what zenoss is supposed to do.
