I've been playing around with a command data source - sort of like this
zenpack but much simpler - and you get a different error if it's not
executable. I don't recall the exact text, but something like "foo is
not a command or is not executable"...
This sounds like he's got the Apache instance denying access due to a
misconfigured ACL in the conf file - the Admin Guide does say what to do.
