There is a section in your snmpd.conf file that lists the OIDs that you scan where you put in the executables. Once you have your first script going, snmpwalk that OID and add a .1 to the end. The next script sould be a .2 and so on down the list. Be careful though, to many scripts tends to make snmpd cranky.
