Here's a community-provided solution for doing SNMP collection across
multiple hosts.

The Enterprise version has a Global Dashboard, so multiple
installations of Zenoss can be integrated into a single server.
Zenoss did the integration work and offers configuration and
installation support for it. You are more than welcome to implement
your own version, get support on the forums and post it on the wiki,
that's the beauty of Open Source.
