You can set these communities for group of devices or even for a single device. Open your Zenoss webfrontend and select 'Devices' from the left menu. In the following screen select the tab 'zProperties', scroll down and there you'll find zSnmpCommunity and zSnmpCommunities. Changing anything here will set this community for all your devices - you can navigate the 'Devices' tree, set the properties in a subtree or even select a device and set this property on a device basis.
