Ok, i think u do this via auto discover device, am i right ? If it is, then u need to enter the class for the server, it's Windows Server or Linux Server or else. U can do this by clicking on one of your device, then click on drop down arrow, choose Manage, Click on Change Class..., and then choose for /Server/Windows if u are monitoring windows machine. After this step then u can re-model device, Click again on the Drop down arrow, then choose Manage, Click on Model Device.
