<BUMP> Sorry but An answer would help - I can't seem to get any custom variable to work in a report..
I go to Reports / device reports / add a report... Then what do I put in the 'columns' field - I want to report firmware / software versions but can't work out what to put in there - I have tried lots of permutations (of getSWProductKey etc) but nothing works - I just get a 'not found' error when I try and view the report. It is not possible to view the 'source' (edit interface) of the pre defined reports so no clues there!!
