Hello, What is the default graph refresh time in zenoss and how often it collects the graph data? Can it be adjusted? The reason I ask is because I noticed that the graph utilization on my interface with my uplink provider doesn't match. They notified me that I was sending 1G of traffic uplink at a specific time (happened twice). But when I checked the interface utilization in my zenoss it's only showing less <100Mb of traffic during those times. So the 75% bandwidth threshold alert wasn't triggered. So I'm confused why they're seeing 1G of traffic from my interface but I only see less than 100Mb. I couldn't verify it real time with my switch interface as it happened after the fact.
