Yes there is. I'd take a look at the MySQL Zenpack and see how under
custom tab you can flip v5 or v3-4, which just adds or removes a -c from
the generated check command. I would expect you could do some copy
pasting and maybe get the same into the LDAP check? I don't really know
of an easy generic way to mess with the commands without editing the
actual performance templates...
