James, This may be a couple silly questions, but this is were I would start :)
1. Are you specifying the output file for wget? I would probably specify the file be written to $ZENHOME/logs. Maybe the default location is troublesome. 2. Are you specifying the full path to grep and wget? I've seen these do weird things if you don't have the full path to the utilities... I'll be happy to help with anything else...
