Hi, I am new to Zenoss and I am trying to monitor devices via ssh. I select the server/cmd class for the device as per the Zenoss documentation, however when I try and model the device I do not get any process or ip services information, In addition when I model the device it says no python plugins are found. I have installed these on the remote machines and corrected my zproperties path to /usr/bin where the py plugin resides. The ssh log indicates a successful login on the remote host. In additon I would like to know whether or not Zenoss supports key auth where the ssh key is protected with a passphrase?
