I would also like to see a user set his (or her) own time zone for notifications and schedules. While we have a main Zenoss server in Vancouver, Canada, we have site collectors in Bangalore, Montreal, Shanghai and Israel. If there was a way for site administrators to schedule jobs around their local clock/work week, that would be valuable.
