Hi there

I'm running Zenoss 2.2 on Ubuntu 7.10. I'm monitoring 9 windows servers and
it's been working well (after updating some sym links and other tweaks). I have
a recurring issue affecting the uptime, and the hard disk parameters under the
OS tab for a device. I've had the issue previously and a restart of zenoss
fixes it but I'd like to get to the root of cause. I have the same templates
applied to all 9 servers. The uptime for the devices were working perfectly on
friday. Now monday morning, 1 is showing Unknown. I have opened the Device
template, which has the sysuptime stuff in it. I can enter the host name of the
device in question, and click the Test button; all works as expected (it
returns 10 days uptime). I have tried running zenperfsnmp with debug and I can
see the host is included in the output as an 'unresponsive device'.

Any clues why it's being classified as 'unresponsive' ? It seems to be
responding fine to snmp queries and wmi.

thanks

Andrew
