1) Sounds like a template or similar has been setup incorrectly to look for that OID, you'll need to hunt around to find where .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.14.10 is being monitored.
2) Navigate to the device -> Pull Down: More/Administration -> Maintenance Windows. You can create the windows to repeat daily, weekly, weekdaily etc...
