I upgraded from 2.1 to 2.2 on RHEL5 x86_64 and I am getting this error when I execute zenhub run (because the daemon would not stay up):

I think all of your problems are related to zenmigrate not being able to run through completely. Check out my response to that KeyError question and get that solved and a good zenmigrate run.
