You do not require the MIB file unless you are sending syslog messages to Zenoss.
By default, you can monitor network card traffic only. By making your own queries you can also monitor CPU, Memory, and Connections but this takes some understanding of Zenoss to do. Although the MIB's provide OID information for IPSEC connections I am not skilled enough to figure out how to monitor it.
