I am trying to monitor disk usage on a NetApp with the NetApp zenpack. I associated the NetApp filesystem plugin and the NetApp template with the NetApp devices. Everything looks ok except it doesn't show disk usage.
I looked at the NetApp filesystem plugin and it looks like all usage data comes from the rrd. Is it correct that the rrd data comes from the template and not the filesystem plugin? Does the template use the filestystem plugin at all? For some reason I didn't have a data source for usedBlocks so I created one in the template called usedBlocks with OID "1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.5.4.1.4". I created a data point with the same name. When I run zenperfsnmp I see this error: WARNING:zen.zenperfsnmp:Error reading value for "usedBlocks" on netapp1 (oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.5.4.1.4 is bad) It looks like the specific device number is not being appended to the OID. How do I tell it to append this? Thanks. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=22052#22052 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
