Both of these issues seem to be cache related. Can you do a SHIFT-
Refresh on your dashboard and event console pages to make sure that
all of the 2.1.3 JavaScript gets loaded back in place of the 2.2.0
JavaScripts?
How did you step back from 2.2.0 to 2.1.3?
