I following the upgrade instructions
http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/install-guides/zenoss-upgrade-instructions/
and am now getting the following error:

 Type: ConflictError
Value: database conflict error (oid 0x05def3, class
Products.ZenEvents.ActionRule.ActionRule)

The upgrade went smooth until I ran zenmigrate. The upgrade failed during step
TwoTwoIndexing. I search this forum and found where someone else had a similar
issue, the user was told to run zenmigrate --step=<the step that failed>. I
did that for the TwoTwoIndexing step, it completed. I restarted Zenoss and all
looked good as far as I could tell. But then I tried to edit a notification
schedule and got the above error. Searching the forum yielded few results.
Any idea on how to address this would be appreciated.
