Yes since we have several teams receiving differents alerts, for each one we specify which group of devices and the production state = production.
After further investigation, I found that with 2.2, if I give Zenoss like 30 minutes before the maintenance starts, it won't page me. It seems its not an instant thing. I tested the same with 2.1.2 and it didn't work. I will try to lower the delay to 15 minutes tomorrow. Can anyone confirm how long this delay should be?
