Can you successfully model the device not being graphed? Did you get errors when you added the device not being graphed? Make sure you can snmpwalk from the command line ,the devices not graphing from the zenoss box Check the oids being listed as being retrieved in the template for the device are indeed being provided by the system by using snmpget from the command line Make sure the zproperties zsnmpignore is not set to true for the device not being graphed.
