James, Thanks for the input. I've contact the manufacturer to see if they can assist in identifying some of the OIDs that are of interest to us. Once I have this I hope to have some monitors setup with the possible addition of some graphing (maybe for call volume, etc.).
I may come back with some questions regarding the setup but whatever I come up with that works well for us, I'll post about here hoping to help someone else out in the process.
