First issue that I've posted on here here, and let me preface it by saying that
I think Zenoss is a wonderful product and is by far the best monitoring tool
I've used.

I've successfully staged 2.2 and am now monitoring over 250 devices complete
with DellMonitor, NtpMonitor, ApacheMonitor, and MySqlMonitor; however, I seem
to be hitting a brick wall when it comes to OS Process monitoring.

I've set up a number of processes within Zenoss which I'd like to be monitored
(sendmail, ntp, http, etc.). Once I re-model a device all of the processes show
up under the Device's OS tab; however, after what seems to be a random time
interval (< 1 day), all of the OS processes magically disappear from the list.
They are still being actively monitored by Zenoss as I've proved it by stopping
a service or two which immediately resulted in error(s) being reported. While I
am happy that Zenoss is monitoring the services, it would still be nice to get
a visual view of what services are running on each box via the OS tab.

Re-modeling each device re-populates the OS view, but only for a brief period
of time. Is there something I'm missing or is this magic act a known issue :)?
I found an old post which appears to be similar in nature to my experiences;
however, I figured I'd reach out to the community for further insight.
