Ok, i have been struggling with this upgrade from source to stack install for a couple of weeks now. The database migration gave me nothing but headaches, ended up having to follow the advice to implement innodb tables and dump/import the events database. That all works fine now.. its friggin huge but it works fine. I finally have most things working except for two things that just wont behave, and it appears that they are both connected. First is zenhub. I have tried EVERYTHING to get zenhub to behave. I keep getting timeouts and its causing all other services to periodicly fail particularly zenperfsnmp, zenmodeler, and zencommand. As a result, all my RRD graphs show gaps every 20 mins or so.. they DO draw, but they look like swiss cheese.
Clearing heartbeats does nothing, clearing the .zec and .pickle does nothing, going into dmd and doing a dmd.Devices.reIndex does nothing, re-running zenmigrate does nothing.. At this point Ive tried everything except sacrificing a goat, but i havent ruled that one out.
