Just thought that I'd add that deleting all the networks and running...
Code: zenmodeler run --collect=InterfaceMap ; zenmodeler run --collect=RouteMap ...does clear up the issue. This has come from http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3758&highlight=discovery+subnet. However, as soon as you run another discovery, the duplicate subnets appear again.
