Why wouldn't you need to install Informant? Did you read the manual?
Zenoss default Windows monitoring REQUIRES Informant for CPU and Memory
- *exactly* what you are not getting.
Alternatively, you can use one of the two very good windows zenpacks
listed on this forum. Again, the Admin Guide will help you install a
zenpack and configure them.
