Hi, On one of the cisco router that I'm monitoring, one interface information is missing. I can telnet to router and get info using "sh int int_name"command. The router has multiple line cards and only one interface is not showing in OS tab. I'm using Zenoss V 2.0.2. How should I go about troubleshooting this?
