Thanks for your help guys! I ran the install script again this morning in order to try the zendmd command and to my surprise, zenmigrate went through... It might have something to do with how I restore before each run.
Prior to running the install.sh the first time, I do the following: - Backup ./zenoss to tarfile - mysqldump And between each run: - Remove the zenoss directory - Restore tar file - Restore DB - run install.sh without restarting Zenoss. This morning I simply did the backup step.
