I have the same issue on Zenoss 2.2.0 running on RHEL 5. I suspect the issue is related to bug #3214.
For me, this prevents proper mapping of devices on the other side of a firewall, whose outside address is not returned to Zenoss by the firewall's (broken) SNMP implementation.
