So I've been trying to get event mappings to work. I've got syslog
forwarding to Zenoss, the events show up in /Unknown with a grey color.
I created an event class of Syslog and then a subclass of my device type
this is coming from. Then, I went into events, clicked the checkbox and
said map to class, which seemed to work.
Now, I get no events that match that mapping anywhere (not shown in
event manager, all events, set to show all and clear level . . .).
How do I get this to work? Why is it eating the events?
