I have a zenoss 2.1.3 install that I am trying to do syslog monitoring on. The system was added to zenoss with a FQDN. I have read the man pages for syslog, there is an option to truncate the domainname but there is no option force an FQDN. If the logs for the zenoss server were logged as localhost I could handle that. Yes, the zenoss server must be added via its FQDN. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
