I added a threshold to send notifications if the load of a system was high, I have since removed it.
Events are still being generated even though I removed the threshold. I restarted Zenoss yet the events are still generated and thus notices are being sent. I am pissing off a lot of admins with email they don't need to get. I verified I removed the threshold from template /Devices/Server/Linux/Templates/Device and verified the threshold does NOT exist in /Devices/Server/Templates/Device and /Devices/Templates/Device. Currently only Linux systems generate events which suggests the Linux template is the source. I even tried to filter out the notices via a summary filter, they do NOT get filtered out. A couple questions: 1: What can I do to remove the threshold event and prevent it from getting generated. 2: Is there a place in Zope I can look for this? -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=23441#23441 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
