How does one go about submitting a bug report? On version 2.2.0 and version 2.1.2, I am unable to get schedules to work at all with altering rules. This is true when creating schedules/alerts for individual users and groups of users. We need the group alerting to work, but I was told that limiting times when alters will reach users does work with when you create a rule/schedule for an individual. Yet, I can't get this work either. Does anyone out there have schedules working? If so, what version of zenoss are you running and how do you have this setup? I was hoping that an upgrade to 2.2.0 would fix the problem, but in the appliance vm of 2.2.0, nothing changes. The rules work, but the schedules continue to be ignored. This really seems like a bug. No?
