I have the stack-built Zenoss 2.2.0 on SuSe 10.3. The Devices zProperty
zLocalInterfaceNames started at the default of ^lo|^vmnet . Any devices that
have loopback and/or VMware interfaces ARE discovering these interfaces. I
have tried deleting the interfaces and changed the property on the device to
simply vmnet4 (in case the regular expression is barfing somehow), remodelled
the device and it still rediscovers vmnet4.

I also have the default zLocalIpAddresses which starts ^127 which also ought to
exclude the loopback interfaces but they all get discovered and performance
data gets collected for them all.

Does anyone else have these parameters working effectively? If so, are you on
different Zenoss versions / different Operating Systems?

Cheers,
Jane
