I have the book in front of me now...agreed that it is useful and a different approach to teaching on Zenoss than the Admin guide. I have found myself frustrated on more than one account with the poor editing and proofing. Additionally, I have found some of the step by step instructions to be incorrect. Maybe this is a difference in versions. I still give the book a thumbs up but you may not find it on par with other technical publishers.
