Select the device, then from the down arrow drop list next to the Status tab
header, select More | Templates.  Click on link for the name of the template
and you'll see the OID listed in the data sources.  Note this is only for
SNMP Perf data collection.

For the OID's used during modelling, which determines the OS for instance, I
think they are hard-coded in the collector plugins.  You can see which ones
are active on your device by going to More | Collector Plugins.

I don't know of a way to view or edit the OIDs used for the collector
plugins via the UI.
