Well, no it really isn't designed for that, though I guess you could use
tools on the box to deploy files ... Depending on the remote computer
OS, for linuxes I'd expect you could use scp + ksh or whatever you
wanted to push and then execute files. On Remote Windows computers, you
could probably use smbclient or mount (whatever is the new version of
smbclient) + winexe to run it.
I personally use OCSNG for many deployments as it's built in ( but
that's another product, and requires an agent install so . . .).
