So this is kind of an odd situation: I have 2 filers with 4 heads total. On one set I can pull the volume utilization with no issues. On another set of heads all volumes are showing as 100% free with no utilization or used blocks. The two are configured exactly the same.
I have removed the incorrect devices and deleted all data relating to them and recreated. No success Why would one set of filer heads pull correctly and the other set not? All the SNMP information is still being collected on all heads, and if I execute the NetAPP volume perl script manually, I get good data being returned. But on this one set of heads it is posting the incorrect data to the used blocks.
