Hey thanks for the reply. I've been away on vacation so just getting around to looking into this again.
I tried the manual fix but i didn't have much luck where the $ZENHOME/zenpacks/ZenPacks.community.mib_utils-1.04-py2.4.egg folder didnt exist any more from the failed removal. So i installed the latest version of the zenpack and its working fine now.
