I don't think there's a ZenPack specifically for Resin, so you can
monitor it via process monitor and/or through service monitor.
Process monitoring uses SNMP to keep tabs on the process run on the
server, service monitoring periodically connects to the specified
port on a server and checks to see if the service located there is
responding.
