What happens when you do an nslookup from the machine to the
"zorglub.smilecontent.dk"? What happens when you ping that machine
from the zenoss box?

I'm a bit at a loss with regards to where to begin troubleshooting,
I have checked the system logs and have been unable to find anything
that looks remotely related.
Any hints as to where to look, or information I could provide, would
