I've told many newer users on these forums that they should look at the
Zenoss book. I haven't really explained why beyond a terse "your answer
here" sort of thing. I've gotten around to expanding on how and why I'm
recommending the book, and a little on how I, as a more experienced
user, is still getting value from the book every day I work with Zenoss.
You can skip the first couple paragraphs as they explain what Zenoss is,
