It could be that zenwin isn't able to complete its cycle within the
time allotted. Try going into Collectors -> localhost -> Edit and
changing the Windows Service Cycle Interval to 120 seconds instead of
60. You'll likely want to do the same thing with the Event Log Cycle
Interval too.
